It runs! The 8-71 blown 440 engine sounds great and performs even better. It took me a while to learn the FAST XFI 2.0 Fuel Injection, but after setting a base tune, she fired right up and runs very well. We bled the brakes, topped off the fluids and took her for a ride through downtown Orlando. A little stressful that its first drive was in front of a huge crowd and representatives from Universal, but she did well with no issues.

The car was well received from the guests on its first outing. We had numerous compliments on the paint and bodywork and as soon as the engine roared to life, people stared in awe.  Have to say the large rear tires are no match for the torque this engine is putting out. The Hotchkis suspension provides a confident, smooth ride with little to no body roll at all.
